Common questions about cost.
What counts as a "page" for pricing?
A page is a unique URL. If your site has 8 distinct pages (home, about, services, contact, etc.), that's 8 pages. Dynamic pages with the same template but different content (e.g., blog posts) are counted separately if included in scope.
Can I add pages after scoping?
Yes. If your scope grows after the initial quote, we'll send an updated quote for the additional pages. Pages can be added before we begin at any time. Mid-audit additions may add a day to the turnaround.
Do you offer a payment plan?
ACR Conformance engagements can be invoiced in installments. Compliance Baseline and Professional Audit engagements are billed in full before work begins. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
What if I need a re-audit?
If you remediate your site after the initial audit and need a verification pass, we offer a 40% discount on re-audits completed within 90 days. ACR Conformance clients can include scheduled re-audits in their annual program, or add the Continuous Inclusion retainer for ongoing coverage.
Is there a rush option?
Yes. Priority turnaround is available for Professional Audit and ACR Conformance engagements for an additional flat fee. Turnaround scope is confirmed at the start of every engagement. Contact us to check availability — rush slots are limited.
